Q: How do I purchase tickets? A: Tickets are available from the Attendee Registration page.

Q: How do I become a vendor, artist, or indie developer at the show? A: You can register using our Vendor, Artist, or Indie applications during their specified time windows.

Q: I missed the window for Vendor, Artist, or Indie registration. Will there be more? A: No, sorry. Once the window is closed, it means our slots are full and a waiting list has already been created.

Q: Can I bring my kids? A: Of course! Children 0-8 yrs old get in free, 9-12 are half price. 13 yrs+ is regular price. Please note that a paying parent or guardian accompanying a child 14 and under must remain with them at all times.

Q: Do I have to cosplay? A: Absolutely not. Cosplay is completely optional, but it is encouraged! We love to see what people bring out to the show every year. That said, there is absolutely no pressure to dress up.

Q: Will _____ guest be there? A: Please see our Guest page for a released list of guests. We do reveal more guests as time goes on, but we cannot say anything ahead of time.

Q: How do I get to the convention? A: Please see our travel directions for help with that.

Q: Is there food in the area? A: Yes. The Hamilton Convention Centre offers concessions on the first floor near the Marketplace, and there are dozens of local restaurants and shops, including Nations supermarket and eatery, connected directly to the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel.

Q: Will your show app work on my phone? A: Our app works on iPhone, Android, and Blackberry (via Android sideloading). There is currently no native Windows phone app, but you can use the Web App in a regular browser.

Q: What should I bring to the convention? A: Please see our Survival Guide (once available).

Q: I have a disability. Do I need a special pass? A: Attendees with accessibility  concerns may request an Accessibility Pass at registration. Simply tell tell the registration clerk serving you that you require one and they will be able to provide. You may need to provide some additional information for the unlikely event of an emergency, and how best we can offer you care should the need arise.

Q: What's your policy on food inside the HCC? A: The venue prohibits outside food and drink. Please be considerate of this fact and do not bring food purchased outside into the convention centre.

Q: I want to help out! How do I do that? A: You can become a Volunteer via our application process. The form will be open from March 5th through May 1st.
